So what do we use this information for?
In general, we collect only what we need to serve you well. For example, when you shop with us we will collect credit card information, your address information and the information on what products you would like and where you want them shipped. We will also ask for your telephone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you should there be a problem with your credit card or order. This is the minimum we need to serve you to the best of our ability. For e-mail subscriptions, we will require just your name and e-mail address.
We also collect information about sales through the site, such as number of transactions, order values, and number of abandoned shopping carts. We collect this information for internal use only, and never connect it to your personal information.
Our use of "cookies"
We use cookies, or small bits of text based information, on our site to track your choice of language, country of origin and whether or not there are items in your shopping cart. This information is stored on your computer; next time you visit we will be able to automatically serve you pages in the correct language and currency for your area. We do not store or use any other information about you in cookies.
Your Account Information
When you do place an order with us, you will store some personal information. You will choose a password, which we will use to protect your account from others. Should you forget your password, we will provide a means to remind you, or for you to request it from us by e-mail. Your account will contain the following information :

2. a record of addresses that you ship orders to
3. a history of orders you have placed with us and their status (i.e., shipped, cancelled, backordered, etc.)

Our agent will ask for information from you to confirm your identity before modifying any information. An e-mail will be sent to confirm that your information has been modified.
